# Automated, Configurable Service Reports for an HVAC Company

An HVAC service company was entering service details by hand. I designed its service-reporting process and automated it end to end: every unit on a dispatched job gets its own PDF report, filed and linked to the job, and the back office can produce roll-up reports by day, technician, job site or month. The system replaced manual entry, and every unit carries its own service history.
