Welcome to my playground
Here's where things go crazy. This is also where structure is looser. I've built this page to showcase project ideas — think of it as a brainstorm initiation platform.
👆 Everything here is clickable — logos, photos, widgets, buttons.
Go ahead and poke at it. It's all demo data, so there's nothing you can break.
Chat bots
A chatbot answers instantly, around the clock, on whichever channel your customer already uses — and hands over to a human the moment it matters.
Every bot below is live. Poke at them. For this demo only the WhatsApp bot has AI (ChatGPT) wired in; any of the others can have the same, on the AI platform of your choice.
Note: AI replies here have a short word limit, purely to keep demo costs down.

WhatsApp chatbot with AI
Around 3 billion people use WhatsApp — for most customers it's the app they already have open. This bot is AI-powered, so it answers in plain language rather than menu trees.

Telegram chatbot
Popular where privacy matters — customers can reach you without ever sharing their phone number, and you get the same automated flows as any other channel.
Viber chatbot
One of the leading messaging platforms across Asia and Eastern Europe. If your customers are there, this is where they'll expect to reach you.

Scan with your phone to open the bot in Viber.

Facebook Messenger
Like its Meta sibling, Messenger enjoys very high user acceptance and is used daily by billions.

Zoom Virtual Agent
Zoom's AI agent resolves routine questions on its own and escalates to a live agent with the full conversation attached — useful if you already run Zoom for meetings or phone.

Instagram DM bot
Turn comments and story replies into conversations, then into leads — without anyone watching the inbox at midnight.
Boei — one widget, every channel
Rather than forcing everyone into a chat box, Boei shows a single button that fans out into whichever channels you choose — WhatsApp, Messenger, email, phone, Calendly. The visitor picks what suits them, which lifts contact rates noticeably.

Live chat widget
The classic "chat with us" bubble, powered by SendPulse. It greets visitors automatically, answers common questions from a scripted flow, and collects a name and email before a human ever gets involved — so you wake up to qualified leads rather than missed messages.
Say hello to the bot below and see how it opens the conversation.
3CX chat and call
3CX runs your phone system and your website chat as one. A visitor starts typing on your site, and if it gets complicated they click Call Us and are talking to the same agent — no repeating themselves, no new ticket. The agent sees the whole conversation in one console.
Try the chat below, or press Call Us to place a real browser call.

Voice over IP (VoIP)
A nice short acronym for a HUGE range of options.
In a nutshell, we move your traditional phone system to the cloud. Once it's there, the options are almost endless. Below are just some quick examples, but we can achieve much more. All examples are based on the incredible Zadarma platform.
Needless to say, you can still use a physical phone, although I'm sure you'll love the soft-phone feature (phone app on your computer or mobile).

Callback widget
The "contact me" form, taken a step further. A visitor leaves their number and, optionally, the best time to reach them. The system then rings both sides and joins the calls — so the customer gets a call back within seconds, not hours.
In this demo I won't pick up, but you'll hear a demo voicemail.

Call Me button
The same idea as the callback widget above, in a different shape — a button that follows the visitor down the page instead of a form fixed in one place. They click, leave a number, and the system rings them back.
Self-serve booking
Our clients prefer to set their own schedule, wherever and whenever. None of the options below will actually book a meeting with me!
Zoho Bookings
Zoho Bookings, and other similar tools, allows you to have a 24/7 portal through which your clients (or vendors, applicants, etc.) can book a meeting with you. In fact, you can also set up multiple team members for a meeting type and the system will find a time in which you're all available. For example, a project signing meeting might always require a member from the legal team, in addition to yourself.
Zoho Bookings blocks embedding on other domains, so these open in a new tab:
Group booking →Paid consultation →Free consultation →Book directly with a person →
(Paid consultation: fee collection can be customized.)
Calendly
One of the pioneers of self-serve booking — you've almost certainly used it before. Below is a scheduling page I built for a fictional sales team, embedded straight into the site so visitors never leave the page.
Nothing here will actually book a meeting with me.
Google calendar
Google's scheduling options: embedded page, pop-up button, or a simple URL.
Electronic signature
One demo form to rule them all!
Complete this form to get a sign request via email.

Dropbox DocSend
This is actually part of the DocSend space I present here.
This service shares many similarities with Dropbox Sign. However, I've chosen to present it as a standalone solution due to its VERY high level of security and activity monitoring.
Zoho Contracts – CLM
Getting the signature is just one step. Sure, it's probably one of the most important steps, but there are many other steps. This is where a CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) system comes into play. Meet Zoho Contracts. Starting with its incredibly intuitive and easy to use interface, via contract draft collaboration and professional negotiation process. Deeply integrated with its close sibling, Zoho Sign (see below).
While simple, Zoho Contracts is somewhat challenging to demonstrate on a public website. I don't like it, but all I can show you here is the below video. Let's connect and I'll provide an in-depth live demonstration.
Zoho Backstage
Planning an event? Perhaps an Expo? Is it in-person/physical or online? Both?
All of the above are covered with this magic app. Look no further for all your planning needs.
Check out the mock event below. 🎪👇🏼
Come laugh with us · Sign in (registered only)
Once you've registered, you can sign in to the pre-event lounges, video chats, messages and more.
Omni Social Widget Demo
Push notifications
Re-engage visitors after they've left your site — straight to their browser or phone, with no email address and no app to install. Great for restocks, price drops, event reminders and abandoned carts.
Live demo temporarily offline — back shortly.
Musician bio link app
A demo app for a great musician (assuming she was real). Basically a supercharged form.
Barber shop app
Check the scheduling features, payments and more.
Drone Pre Flight Checklist App
Showcasing some cool features of Jotform apps.
Document lifecycle
File request
We often need to collect documents from clients, vendors or even job applicants. File requests are the easiest and most secure way to make this happen.
Each request generates its own folder within the predefined master folder. Requests are fully compartmentalized from one another.
We can automate and supercharge the requests with API directly from virtually any other app in your organization.

Zoho WorkDrive
Yet another app in the Zoho ecosystem, fully interconnected to all other apps. If connected to Zoho CRM or Zoho Desk, the received file can be linked to the actual record it relates to.

Dropbox – File request
Probably the best-known brand in file storage.
Dropbox offers the most versatile solution and the best API.
Password protecting the requests is optional. I added it for demonstration purposes.
Password is liran@2023

DocSend — secure document spaces
Not a shared folder. A monitored space where you see who opened your document, which pages they read and for how long — so you know a proposal landed before you chase it.
Access is controlled per recipient and can be revoked at any time. The demo below is passcode protected: 1234.

Google Forms
Light, free and instantly familiar. Its real strength is the Google ecosystem behind it — responses land in Sheets, and Apps Script can turn a simple form into a genuine workflow.
The form below is embedded live. Fill it in and it records a response.
Try the version with file uploads
File uploads require the visitor to be signed in to a Google account — a Google restriction, not a setting.
E-commerce

Shopify
If not the queen of e-commerce, Shopify is surely part of the royal family.
Leading the e-commerce market from the very early days of our online shopping frenzy.
Please check out my demo store using the button below. As this is not an official/live store, you'll be asked to enter a password. The password is (don't tell anyone): liranhaber

PayPal
PayPal is pretty much the generic name for online payments, being the true pioneer in this market.
The buttons you see below are linked to a sandbox account. This means that no transaction will occur, regardless of whether you enter your real PayPal credentials or not. Having said that, don't use your real credentials.

Expiry date: 06/2026
CVC code: 166
Chatbot payments
Yes, your friendly neighborhood chatbot can handle payments. Check it out below. Sandbox only, no actual transactions take place.
Accept donations online
A hosted donation page you can link or QR-code from anywhere — no checkout to build, no card data touching your systems.
Video conference

Zoom
True, COVID-19 rocketed Zoom to the front stage. This is still the number one go-to platform, known and used by everyone from your 5 year old nephew to your 95 year old grandmother.
Please keep in mind that Zoom has a whole suite of solutions you might not know. Check them out below.
Customer service and support
Zoho Desk
A single app that has the potential to embody all other Zoho apps.
🎶 This is the conductor in front of the orchestra.
Really endless possibilities and amazing features. It doesn't matter if you manage a sales team, customer service call center, IT helpdesk, vendor hotline or any other outward facing organization. Every little piece of data, from every corner of the Zoho ecosystem, can be shown here at a glance. Check out some cool demos below.
Customer service all-in-one bot
Everything your client needs, in one sleek widget.
Bring your support articles (all or selected), ticket creation and chat into one quick solution. The chat can be pre-defined flows, AI based on your articles and, of course, a human agent is always reachable when needed.
Self-service support portal
Customers can create their own credentials, or sync to your CRM. Can be multi-language and AI-translated.
Submit a support ticket
Live form — will open a ticket in the demo system.
Zoho Lens
AR (Augmented Reality) from Zoho. Your agents can quickly view the issue using the client's mobile device camera.
Very easy to initiate a support session from within Zoho Desk. This is one of those tools that you don't know how you managed to work without...
Your client must download the Zoho Lens app to their device: Android · iOS
The app is fully compliant with all privacy regulations. Having said that, I would normally advise my clients against joining sessions via a link posted on a public website. I'll post the link below and you can choose what to do with it :) Note that clicking it won't do anything if you don't have the Zoho Lens app installed.
Zoho Assist
🖥️ Remote desktop from Zoho. This is yet another powerhouse from Zoho.
A close sibling to Zoho Lens, it can also be quickly initiated from within Zoho Desk, or from the standalone Zoho Assist portal. This is a fine example of the interconnectivity of Zoho apps. You can initiate a support session from almost any other Zoho app, such as CRM, Bookings, Mail, Calendar and much more. In fact, it also plays nice with others, such as Slack, Jira, Zendesk, Intercom, LiveChat, Freshservice, ServiceNow and more.
The tool is highly customizable and includes a complete toolbox for supporting your clients. This includes WOL (Wake On LAN), data anonymization, data cleanup, session recording and much more.
Quick join
Your client joins a support session using a session ID provided by your agent. Zoho Assist blocks embedding on other domains, so this opens in a new tab. Note that a session ID is time limited, so I cannot provide a demo ID, sorry :)
Zoho Assist – Self-service portal
Clients can reach your support team and pre-approve a remote desktop session.
HR
Zoho Recruit
The first touchpoint for candidates seeking to apply for a position in your business.
This is a true 360° solution, addressing all of your recruiting needs. Fully scalable from a couple of open positions to a couple of hundreds. Completely integrated into all other apps in the Zoho ecosystem, as well as very easily integrated to other platforms and ecosystems.
Check out my demo career page below. I'm sorry to disappoint you that none of these positions is real. The page comes with its own dedicated AI chatbot with complete knowledge of all the open positions at any given moment.
Once you go live, you can easily connect to lead generators, source boosters, job boards, background checks, assessments and so much more. Quick apply is also available with selected partners such as LinkedIn, Indeed and others.
You can also create a vendor portal, where agencies (and other vendors) can submit candidates. Includes commission structures, cool-off periods and much more.
Email: liranhaberdemo@gmail.com
Password: demo@liranhaber
You can also embed a registration form on your website, allowing candidates to stay connected and learn about new positions matching their skills and preferences.
Zoho People
OK, now that you've recruited the best talents you can find, let's make sure they stay with us.
Your one-stop-shop for anything people related. The center of your HR department.
This app will escort your employees from when they apply for a job at your company and all the way until they retire. Everything in between is also managed here :)
Candidate onboarding
From happy candidate to happy employee. Make the onboarding process easy and straightforward. This process does not have to be based on the candidate's previous process in Zoho Recruit, but it's surely easier to build it that way.

Zoho Expense
🔎 A good name is self-explanatory.
Your one-stop-shop for all your shopping. Well, no. Not your shopping, but certainly expenses related to your trips, purchases, advances, etc.
This is a 100% internal application, sitting behind a strong wall of credentials. Not much I can showcase here. The only thing is the ability to send receipts to a system email address. Anything you send to this email will be automatically scanned and processed with top of the line OCR (in 14 languages). The app will then itemize your expense and try to classify it for you. Easy enough?
Project management
Zoho Projects
Everything you need, nothing you don't. Make project management sleek, quick and flexible. You have projects, project groups, teams, client users, documents, milestones, tasks, budgets, issues, multiple concurrent timers, Gantt, Kanban and any other buzz word from the project universe 🐝.
Manage internal projects with full team collaboration. Deep integration with everything Zoho. Jump into, and out of, any project, any time, any place. Easy, always.
Manage projects for, and together with, your clients. Check out a demo client portal using the button below. You'll need the following credentials:
Email: liranhaberdemo@gmail.com
Password: demo@liranhaber
Accounting and billing
Zoho Billing (formerly Zoho Subscriptions)
Subscriptions? Retainers? Recurring payments?
All of this, and a whole lot more, in one single app. As always, fully integrated into the entire Zoho ecosystem.
Customer portal
Your clients can access their data from anywhere, 24/7. Please use the following credentials:
Username: liranhaberdemo@gmail.com
Password: Demo@2024
This website is a pure demo environment. The sole purpose of this website is to allow you, my potential client, a chance to review some of my past work and gain insights into the ideas I bring to the table. While I do my best to keep this website up and running, it will surely contain flaws due to the experimental nature of it. The technologies I present here are not meant to coexist on the same webpage, as they are forced to do here. This might create overlapping windows, menus, or other unexpected behavior. I take no responsibility for anything on this website and will not be held liable for any damage or claims regarding the use of this experimental website.
