Connected Intake and Clinician Onboarding for a Care Provider

A multi-state care provider needed its two most critical journeys, family intake and clinician onboarding, to run reliably across operations, HR and billing. I designed both journeys end to end and connected recruiting, CRM, forms, e-signature, documents and one shared messaging gateway around them, keeping key decisions with people. Dozens of families and clinicians are onboarded every month, through a mostly automated process that feels smooth on both sides.

Case 02 cover: Two journeys. Shared controls. Dozens of families and clinicians every month. Family intake, clinician onboarding, shared controls.

The big picture

Families

One guided path from first inquiry to a signed onboarding packet.

Clinicians

Clear standards fast-track qualified candidates, and every exception gets a person's review.

Shared backbone

Routing rules, documents and governed messaging for both.

How the system fits together

Case 02 system map: Two journeys, one set of controls. Families go from inquiry through a human billing approval to a signed packet and a client record. Clinicians go from candidate through a rules-based standards check to a staff record and state paperwork. Shared backbone: routing rules, document filing, one messaging gateway, exceptions to the team.
